Luther Kia of Inver Grove

After doing a lot of research on dealers that were not charging a premium on Tellurides, I chose to order one from Luther Kia. I am 4 hours away so before picking up the Telluride, everything was done via email. The salesperson was quick to respond to my requests. Once we arrived, everyone was nice an the vehicle was in great shape. The salesperson knew going in that I wasn't playing any games so he didn't push a bunch of extras, which was appreciated. The only thing I would say they could do better is to be better prepared on the paperwork side. They knew I was arriving at 10am but they didn't have the paperwork ready until 11:30 am. Actually signing the documents was quick/easy. I would definitely buy from them again.

I basically searched for a Telluride from the west coast to the midwest. Talked with at least 30 different dealers and 95% of them were not pleasant to deal with! I then called here and talked with Dennis (aka Denny). He was upfront and honest with the whole process. Not like the others dealerships where at the end the price jumped 4 to 5 thousand more with all the add ons and hidden fees. We lived outta state and he could not have made the transaction any smoother. Will buy from him in the future and I strongly suggest you give him a call too.

This is my third dealership in the last 6 years and the best one I've brought my car to be serviced thus far. Both folks I spoke with over the phone to make an appointment were professional and polite. They quoted me an average wait time which to my surprise and delight was on the nose. Communication was stellar. I knew exactly what to expect and when I could pick up my car and was able to plan my day around that. They washed the exterior of my car for me and wiped everything down on the inside (due to COVID precautions). This dealership has most definitely turned my outlook on dealerships to a positive one.
