  The service, staff and doctor were very friendly and thorough. The ball was dropped by one of their staff with getting a new machine processed but then their office manager, Adam, stepped in and took care of things and went wayyy above and beyond to address any issues I had as well as help me with everything to get set up with a new medical device that I needed. All I have to say is that Adam is great and has made my experience with this clinic a 5+ STAR experience! Thank you.

  I was able to get an appointment very quickly (actually, I needed to push it out!) and the service was excellent. The front desk clerks and medical assistants were stars, making me (and everyone else) feel important in an otherwise very busy place. Dr. Rosario, a clearly highly skilled and experienced ENT, provided a thorough diagnostic exam and I was well educated on next steps. My concerns were treated very seriously, and I look forward to continuing working with the team.

  Dr Rosario is awesome. She is thorough and she treats her assistants well. The front desk is a little chaotic but they manage to do the job.

  I recently had my Tonsils and Adenoids removed, along with repairing a deviated septum, and Doctor Rosario made the whole process smooth and easy. Not only did the surgery go well, but with her instructions, and recommendations the recovery wasn’t nearly as bad as the horror stories you hear about getting this procedure as an adult. I would highly recommend going to Andros ENT for you or your family. Doctor Rosario is an amazing doctor, and makes understanding what is going on very easy. I have no doubt in my mind that I would not feel as great as I do now without Rosario’s help.
