I called on December 23rd, seven minutes before they were going to close for the Christmas holiday with a broken oven and family coming over. They helped me find the part that I needed and then the owner stayed late to wait for me to drive 45 minutes in a snow storm to pick up the part. Then he took the time to test my old part to make sure that was really the problem and explained how to install the new part. Appliance Depot saved my Christmas. Thank you.

I don’t normally write reviews but Appliance Depot is well worth it! Miranda was so wonderful to work with, giving the details and quick tips about my new speed queen washer and dryer. The delivery guys were so kind and professional in their services. 10/10 recommend working with everyone here.

I really enjoyed my experience with Appliance Depot. Jim and Miranda were both very knowledgeable in helping me find the right fridge when mine went out. Delivery was fast and flawless. When I was presented with my bill they'd also taken another $150 off an already sale price, essentially price-matching the big box stores - a pleasant surprise.
