I’m new to the Inver Grove Honda store but I’ve been so far impressed with their service department. I’ve scheduled an appointment by phone and one online. Both methods were easy and convenient. Their service garage is clean and warm. You get in and out quickly. Staff are professional and courteous and they take great care not to waste your time. I’ve had lots of cars in lots of service departments and this Honda store is the best!
Nice years ago we have bought our first car (Civic 2011) and six years ago the second one (CRV 2015) from Inver Grove Honda. We are extremely satisfied customers. Evelyn Wood from Inver Grove Honda is very helpful to work with. She is very attentive and understands the needs of the customers and tries to provide best possible solution. Before buying the the second car we visited other car dealers and we did not feel as comfortable as we feel in Inver Grove Honda. Other than sales, our experience with service department is wonderful too. Looking forward to continue this strong bond in coming years.Update 5/2/2017: Both cars running very well. Zack did a wonderful job selling me a car. He was very patient and understanding and he did a great job at listening to what I needed for a car. He answered all my questions and helped me personalize the settings on my car. He even told me that if I had any more questions just to let him know and he would try to answer them.
I highly recommend this service center!!
I got a later, last minute appointment for their online special oil change and was warned that the wait would be longer because I'm basically getting squeezed in. I arrived 10 minutes early and Cynthia checked me in quickly. She was very nice and even taught me something about my car that I did not know. There was plenty of well spaced seating, some with outlet access. I brought snacks and stuff to keep me busy because I knew it would be a while, but I was there for almost 2 hours. Cynthia checked on me and was very accommodating. The wait really wasn't that bad and I even got a discount for having to wait so long.
I've been there 3 or so times now and I'm always very happy with my service.
I worked with Jack Reed he was very patient with grandma who was buying the car.
