  This is my second time using this facility in the 3 years I have needed storage. Super easy and convenient to set up even after hours. No surprise charges. Place is always super clean - there's never trash laying around or broken parts. Adequate number of wheeled moving help (dolly/hand truck/carts) within the enclosed building. Temperature controlled year round and even on the hottest days it's still a really nice temp. I will always recommend this location for their price and facility - even if it's a little out of the way.

  If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! I just rated a different storage facility and recommended in my review that they come here instead. I love this storage facility! I have rented storage spaces for the majority of my life, and I have never had the excellent experiences that I have at Inver Grove Storage. I have already referred 2 of my friends to Inver Grove storage that have become VERY happy tenants as well, and I am prepared to keep referring, because this place is so awesome. They are a small, family-owned, VERY reasonably priced facility with EXCELLENT customer service. Many storage facilities I've rented at in the past, I've dreaded going to, due to being dark, dingy, and downright creepy. But not at Inver Grove Storage... it is well lit, clean, doesn't smell weird, and there are camera everywhere, so I always feel safe. Thank you, Inver Grove storage!

  The customer service is excellent, the facility is clean. Prices are reasonable.

  Clean, dry and warm in the building storage. Have had a unit there for about four years and have not had any problems. Plenty of space to move things in and out of the storage area.
