7 out of of 5 STARS, if I could! They actually deserve more than two bonus stars. This review is long over due. The entire staff, including the owners are by far the most caring loving people I’ve ever met providing care. I’ve been helping folks for the last 10 years find a place they could call home. The BeeHive team takes amazing care of all the residents 24/7. We we’re lucky to be one of the first families able to enjoy the services after the doors opened. The first bonus star is for how well the team ensures a safe environment for the people they care for. The second bonus star is for the owners love and respect for each and every soul in the building. I’ve sat on the couch and watched them stop, say good bye, provide a hug, smile, make eye contact and engage everyone on the way out letting them know how much they are appreciated. BeeHive Homes of Lakeville is a "breath of fresh air" compared to the memory care unit at another area assisted living facility where my Mother resided for almost 3 years. The staff of BeeHive Homes of Lakeville are very accommodating, with the care of its residents the #1 priority. They treat my Mother as if she were their close relative, giving her the nurturing that a person with rapidly progressing Alzheimer's needs throughout the day. The husband and wife owners are hands on, and sincerely care about their staff and all the residents.

Flexibility, competitive wage, growth in experience, team work; a few of the common aspects most potential employees look for, but most everyone overlooks the best reward.... family oriented company!!! I am at lost without beehive family and felt heart sunk leaving temporarily for college. I had a learning curve I struggled with and instead of feeling like a "number for employment" i was welcomed with open arms and guidance. We all look for happiness and tend to except work obligations to an unsatisfactory expectations, yet with beehive homes I do not have to feel the sluggish feeling of walking into work; it's more like home away from home. I recommend all those looking for more than just a paycheck to work for beehive homes of lakeville, for I myself will be excited for my welcome back home.
