My 3 year old son was at a center prior and while they were great, he is now coming home singing more songs, asking more questions and engaging in many more creative activities that our previous center. Sue Cowell helped me to select furniture for my living room, family room and dining room. She was excellent in her work and very patient. I needed to get a rug for my living and Sue referred to me David Lindquist "Old Dave". Dave was very knowledgable in his work on rugs. He looked at the color of my floor, wall, and kitchen cabinets and he was able to recommend a very nice rug for my dining. In addition Dave recommended a very good rug pad. “My dad had a serious wound on his heel that was taking a very long time to heal. It was severely limiting his mobility . We called Julie to provide treatment. She was amazing! She was so effective in treating the wound so that it could finally get better. While she was involved in treating his foot, he required colon surgery and ended up with a colostomy. There were issues with another provider- not having the knowledge and proper equipment to care for him during his first weeks home from the hospital. Even though Julie wasn't involved in his care, I called her for advice when we had a sudden problem. She was willing to change her plans and go out of her way to change my dad's pouch when the only other alternative was to go to the emergency room by ambulance for this simple procedure. Her care has been compassionate and effective. She coordinated her time so that she could provide valuable training to others. Now, thanks in part to Julie - my dad's foot is almost healed and there are trained staff who are caring for his colostomy bag.”
