2.) Brenda was very responsive to my concern about misplacing one of my items, calling me back the next business day to confirm the item was in her possession, and that it all amounted to a clerical error on the inventory
3.) Brenda has mind-numbing attention to detail, finding that two of my items were really a stacked set and as such more valuable when appraised together
4.) Brenda went beyond the call of duty to also generate a retro-active alternate dated appraisal in addition to the current appraisal at NO extra cost
5.) Brenda cleaned and polished all my sterling silver items at NO extra cost

I love the selection, there's lots of unique stuff I don't feel like you find many places. I frequently shop for my wife there and have been complimented on almost every piece. The staff listen and aren't pushy, always trying to be helpful. I'd also recommend getting on their mailing list, they have good sales fairly regularly.
