I just bought a truck to use to tow our camper. I drove 4 hrs with staying over the night before so I could be there early Monday morning. This was all right after new years and when I had talked to Andy the Friday before I had said see you early Monday morning. Now Andy being human spaced they were closed Monday because of new years and texted me Monday to let me know as I was parked in there parking lot. Granted I live 4 hrs away took the day off work stayed over the night before to get this truck. Now I was mad as you can believe!! Tuesday they were to call and give me my deposit back. Tuesday came Juan called me very apologetic and willing to win back my business. They offered to bring the truck to me and I could look at it and told me if I didn't like it I wouldn't have to take it granted I'm 4 hrs from them!! So I offered to meet them half way to be fair and Saturday morning they drove the truck to me brought the paper work and now I have my truck!! Very pleased with them and there over the top willingness to help fix a wrong. People are human and make mistakes but Juan and Andy made it right in my book and next vehicle we will look at them again for one!!!

Just purchased a 2013 GMC Acadia from Chris's Century Car Company. My wife and I drove up from Waseca, Mn to look and test drive the vehicle. We were interested in purchasing however the AC did not work. Rich and Chris took the time to look at the vehicle and determined that they would have to take to repair shop. They had the vehicle serviced, still keeping to the agreed to price. Another plus, before putting vehicle up for sale, they had new tires put on at Discount Tire, thus as the new owner I can get free rotations and balance for life of tires. Would definitely do business with them again!
