They were very detail with providing information on the work to be performed and what the causes were for the plumbing issues in my home. Their friendliness and professionalism helped me choose the best type of service needed to address the foul sewer smell from my drain and the slow tub drain. Very happy and satisfied with the work done. Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining. We tried everything we could think of before calling in a plumber. Graham, the technician, was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to unclog our drain in a very timely manner. So glade I found Bonfe! They sent out Joe to handle my plumbing service call and from the moment he arrived was very polite and respectful of the current covid environment. He looked at my job, and was very efficient and straight forward with the situation. Turns out it was more complicated than I predicted. I had an immediate feeling of frustration looking at a larger expense and right away Joe said “hey don’t worry yet, let me sort through some different options and call my manager and see what we can do for you. We want to make you happy I’m sure we can figure something out”. He really came through for me and we came to a great middle ground and handled the job. Additionally he had a no pressure sales tactic, just laid out the options and details of their monthly service plan benefits and got me signed up for that. I’m usually not big on those deals but it’s really worth it for all the inspections and discounts! Also, Jason came out for inspection and was very pleasant and efficient. If these guys are a good representation of the other techs hired I feel we’re taken care of with this company.

Had a emergency with a 15 year old water heater last evening around 6:30 PM. Made one phone call to Bonfe customer service and less than 24 hours later we have a new water heater installed, old heater removed and hot water !!. The representative / plumber from Bonfe, Jonathon was on time, polite , professional, his uniform was clean and and his appearance neat & well groomed. In addition the installation was A-1. Jonathan even went the extra mile to label other control valves in the utility area for gas & water shut offs. If you want a professional no hassle experience for your plumbing and HVAC needs do yourself a favor and just call Bonfe. Yeah sure you maybe able to save a little money by shopping around, but how much are you really saving? How much is a no worry, lifetime warranty and peace of mind worth? Remember there is 3 types of service...GOOD...FAST ...CHEAP, you get to pick any two of the three.

Nick was the best electrician I've ever had. I needed to upgrade my fuse box. Not only was Nick available as soon as I needed him, he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and he made sure all required work was done with the highest quality.
