I encountered a pretty unique situation last Fall. Long story short, I was being charged with Felony assault. The Dakota County prosecutors for lack of a better phrase wanted blood. I believe the words used at my initial hearing were “ danger to society”, they requested that the judge increase my bail, no deals for a plea were even on the table. At this point the city of rosemount picked up my case to attempt a misdemeanor charge, I was extremely frustrated, but again Ryan showed that he was worth every penny and got the most favorable outcome possible, dismissal. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that I chose Ryan Grove and the team at Rogosheske, truly informed and well versed in law. I would recommend them to anyone.
