Issa was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. What more could one ask for. Diagnosed my problem and had it fixed within minutes all while juggling 2 other customers.

The folks here are always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Today I asked if they could test my truck batteries. I feared they were going dead. Sure enough, one was dead and the other almost dead. Bought 2 new batteries they installed both within 15 minutes. I'll keep coming back for my automotive needs.

I should really get the names of people that help me. The gentleman who did was super nice. He diagnosed my car and didn’t just sell me a part. He put my mind at ease for what was wrong with my car. And someone else told me something in terms of “we will be right with you”. I appreciate that because I appreciate that they are aware that someone is waiting.

The man's word is good, executed like he said he would!!! I have rarely experienced outstanding customer service to this level! With the shortage and delays in materials at this current time- I needed a radiator for my son's car Trey (Mgr.) informed me he could get it ordered that day and have it by tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. So tomorrow comes around and I call the store and initially the part was not found to be there -disappointed but I understand that stuff happens, Vincent (team colleague) called ME back and inquired some more & was preparing to order the part to get it as soon as he could for a second time... he touched base with Trey and rest assured just as Trey had suggested/proposed the part was there at the store!! I picked up the part took it to the dealer & my son's back in business -he can continue to make it to his course he's taking this summer. EXCELLENT teamwork and willingness to go above and beyond you both are awesome ambassadors for the AutoZone brand!
