Southview Animal Hospital

I urge everyone to find an animal hospital who gives quality care to every single patient and client that comes in their doors no matter the circumstance. Southview provides that. From the warm greetings of the receptionists, the care and compassion of the technicians and the knowledge and advice that the doctors provide. Everyone plays a role in the care of every patient that enters the hospital and gives everything they can to not only help the patients but provide support, empathy and knowledge to the owners. It doesn’t matter if it’s 7am or 11pm a pet will get the care that they need 💕

The team at Southview Animal Hospital do a wonderful job at treating every patient as their main concern. From what I could tell from entering they are extremely busy and see as many patients as possible in order to cater to everybody's needs while giving them the best possible care. Other clinics have denied me in an emergency but Southview was there as I needed them. The doctors and staff are extremely friendly and understanding. They cover every basis before giving you information and a plan for the future to make sure your pet is in the best health. The facility is also really nice. I was a little tight on the financial side and they were very accommodating; giving me many options in order to give the best care for my little fur baby. There isn't another clinic that I would even consider seeing my puppy.

I just have to say thank you Southview Animal Hospital.. I only been to your clinic 1 time but my dog was very sick and passing away! I called your clinic in tears that my dog needed to be put to sleep! My vet Cliff Lake vet turned me away saying “sorry no appointments available..” even though I was crying saying my dog was dying.. your clinic was absolutely amazing so kind, so loving, so many thing my other vet wasn’t. My dog spent his whole life going to cliff lake and they did nothing for me just said we are booked.. Your clinic stepped in with open hearts and knowing nothing about my dog or I but helping us.. my dog ended up passing away on your table by himself 3 minutes after being there! I just have to thank your staff for the calls, the cards, the endless love you’ve given me during this time! Not even Cliff Lake called to check in after I called them on tears. Everyone at Southview THANK YOU! Thank you for your endless love, you made the hardest day loosing a pet so much more at ease! I can’t wait to start bringing my other pup to you definitely switching over and making the drive!

Our beagle recently started acting out. I thought it was behavioral but the vet indicated we should rule out medical. After some tests, it was recommended that we see an internist at the U. We did and after listening to his symptoms, the doctor recommended a blood test. A few days later she confirmed it was Cushings Disease. We've been going to Southview for six years and always feel our dog is in the best hands. All the doctors are gentle and thorough, the technicians are compassionate and the office staff is most accommodating. We recommend it.
