“What a great experience. My Jeep decided it didn’t want to go into gear as I was at a gas station Christmas morning. Luckily I have AAA and they towed me to Honest 1 in Burnsville. With the Holiday weekend, I knew they wouldn’t even know it was there until Monday. Long story short, I had my Jeep back my Monday evening. Honest 1 did the repairs to get my vehicle back on the road, and suggested things that should be done based on mileage and performance, but not once were they pushy. I hand more done than I thought I would, but because of how awesome the process was, I didn’t hesitate. I even declined some of it, and they were honest in saying that it wasn’t an immediate need, but would have to be addressed eventually. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be back when my Jeep needs service again....which will be sooner than later I bet.”
