“Dr. Keith Carlson did an amazing job with my lasek eye surgery. Very professional and gave his honest opinion throughout the process. Before the surgery, Dr. Carlson made sure I was well informed of my options and how the surgery would work, how the recovery process would be closely monitored, and what eye drop medications I would need to use during my recovery. The surgery itself did not hurt and the staff helping during the procedure were very knowledgeable. As someone who wore glasses for 13 years and contacts for about 8 years for long hours, I was ready to not have to worry about bringing contact solution and glasses everywhere I went. I had my Lasek surgery May 14th and I am happy to say I am 20/15 today I'm both eyes without any corrective lenses. I can do fun things now like go kayaking and actually see the shore line! I can jump into a pool or lake without losing a contact or needing to wear goggles. I wake up in the morning and can actually see my ceiling fan! Most of all, I can work long hours at the hospital without needing to change out of my contacts and into glasses half way through my shift. “Best place in the U.S. to get an MRI!! Just had my millionth MRI today but, for the first time, it wasn't miserable. From Reception to Imaging, they treat you so well. The lady at Reception, her name is Love, was so friendly, kind, quick and helpful. She made me go into my MRI already feeling positive about the facility. Now for Dan, the gentleman who did the MRI. I truly hope that CDI knows what a gem they have on their staff. As someone who gets routine MRIs, I can tell you they aren't fun, joyus, nor comfortable but Dan made it as close to that as possible. I sincerely felt that his top priority was my comfort. The last time I had my entire back scanned in an MRI it took 3 hours. Today my MRI took less than 1 1/2 hours!! He updated me after every single pic to let me know where we were at and how many more to go in that set. It was comforting and made the time fly. In the future, when I need Imaging, I will only request CDI Eagan!! Love and Dan. me a lifetime customer! It's also a gorgeous new facility.”
