We had to sleep in the truck over night, and the morning shift worker came and checked on us and made sure we were okay. Very caring people, which you don't see often. And we aren't from around here and don't know directions to anywhere. 5 stars for this gas station, thanks guys.”

“I asked the lady if the coffee was old because the level was low and it looked old in the cup and she said yes. She pretended to make it by pressing a button which was not the brew button. I watched and listened and the so called fresh coffee wasnt brewing. Ive worked in convenience stores before and i know how the coffee maker works. Wonderful performance on her part though. She actually acted like she was really making the coffee. Wow .....terrible.”

This particular store was alright , visited it 3 times in my 2 day stay in that area . 1 visit , we noticed a lot of stuff that had recently been delivered was still untouched the next evening when we DEPARTED”

Membership is way too reasonably priced, staff is the best in the business, the practicioners are fun and knowledgeable, location seems far out, but it's actually perfect and everything takes place in a well-chosen and newly built (or remodeled) space, and, well, if you just want to go somewhere to metamorphosize and have a great time learning, then metamorphosis center should be top of your list. “NOTICE TO BP CARD HOLDERS: You MUST pay inside to get your fuel discount! You won't get it if you pay at the pump at this location. Also note: the store inside is closed overnight, so only pay-at-the-pump is available then. Other than this issue, I have no complaints. Cashiers are friendly, gas prices are great even without a discount or coupon, and I have had absolutely no fuel quality issues with their regular grade gas (which is all I buy here). Good station to save on fuel, especially with a BP card. Can't comment on the attached car wash and auto repair shop; haven't tried either one.”

“This SA is my local stop for gas and smokes. I am there at least 3 times per week. The employees know me and always treat me with friendliness. This morning, I stepped out of my car and found a pair of women's panties in the parking lot. Alarm bells went off in my head for two reasons. Women don't normally lose their panties on purpose. I have been severely attacked myself. So, I went into the store to buy my smokes and I told the employees what I had found. Angie came outside with me to see what I found, and she picked them up in a plastic bag. I told her why it upset me and she immediately gave me a hug. I will, of course, continue to visit this location mostly because of employees like Angie. She is very special in that she didn't just treat me as a customer, but she had empathy for my personal views and she even apologized as if it was her fault or the fault of the store. Of course, it is not the store's fault. I just wanted you to know that you have a very special employee who can deal with any strange situation. I will look forward to seeing Angie the next time I visit for sure!”

“This has to be the most organized- cleanest Circle K that I’ve seen in my life! Nothing is out of place here. The equipment looks well maintained and the shelves are perfect! Most Circle K’s are run down- roofs leaking and mostly a mess and out of date food or out of stock especially on the East Side of Cleveland- those stores are awful and so mismanaged and out of nowhere I walk into literally a perfect store. Why is this the only store on the West Side of Cleveland that’s doing their job? I just want to congratulate all of you here. This was unexpected. This is how a store should look like. Everyone give a round of applause to the Berea, Ohio Circle K!!!”
