“What an amazing CrossFit gym! I reached out to the owner, Steve, and he got back to me then same day. The communication was excellent. When I arrived I was welcomed and shown around. The gym is very clean and well cared for. The workout was a great variety of running and lifting. There was an option to scale up which was much appreciated! There was open gym opportunities on Saturday and my coach, Noel, was very hospitable and made sure I had what I needed. I would recommend this gym long term or drop in style!”
