“Raphael is a rockstar!! My 18 mos old couch broke due to poor design. The manufacturer was no help. I called Gilton Upholstery. Raphael looked at my couch and said he could fix and reinforce it. I mentioned that the couch was comfy but it was too low to the ground. And explained how he could address my issues and make the couch more functional for me. Build a foundation and add new sturdy and attractive legs. 1 week later, Raphael delivered my couch in beautiful shape with a strong frame and beautiful new legs, and foundation. He was helpful, kind and did great work for a reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough.”

Now offering medical benefits and they pay half the premium. The pay is fair. I think the bad posts are disgruntled ex employees who possibly had job performance issues and either quit or were let go. Five stars if insurance was 100% paid. Can't hold that against the company. many do not even offer a medical plan. Its nice to work for a small privately owned co. where the owner is there daily and works with the employees.”

The maintenance team was spot on. When I first moved in, I let them know that the seasonal change had caused a board to pull up on the balcony-they fixed it immediately. At one point, they even changed a lightbulb for me-no questions asked. They were great about respecting the timeline I specified in my work requests, which was really important to me, as I work long, overnight shifts. Everyone that works at the property is absolutely amazing! Betsy at the front desk makes sure she gets to know everyone, their preferences, and even their pets! She remembers the name of my bunny, of all things! This was a temporary stop, but it truly felt like home!”
