“John's name came up when I had ordered a violin for my 7 year old and it came broken, and I was researching hoping to find someone to repair or purchase a quality one from. John emailed me back quickly, and invited us to his workshop to measure my daughter and determine the right size for her. He walked us through the importance of a correctly sized violin for a beginner, gave us many resources to get her started, and happily entertained all my daughters questions on his in progress cello's he was crafting. John is kind, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. My daughter walked out of there with stars in her eyes and over the moon with excitement to start her journey on learning to play the violin.”

I came in the first time with really damaged hair and Alison immediately had a plan to make my hair healthier and grow stronger! She took her time making sure everything was done correctly and with care. I will not go anywhere else now. 100% recommend SWAT to everyone I talk to! Also came to this salon for matching family tattoos with 5 of us and Casey was incredibly accomodating. Our tattoos came out great we were all very happy with the experience here. You certainly won't be disappointed! Siewerts towing is one of the largest towing companies in Minnesota...we are very lucky to have them here in RedWing! They've been in business since 1941 if I'm correct, on any given day you will see them at work!”

“This place is awesome. I had to get my vehicle repaired. The day before Christmas eve. And I had to work at 4:00 in the morning. Every other shop I went to in town. Said they could not do it until after the new year. Brandon gave me a free estimate on fixing it. He got me in right away. And I even was able to have a loaner vehicle while they were working on my car. Other shops I had to take a taxi home or rent a car. The job was completed on time. And about $800 less than what other shops wanted to charge me. I will definitely be going back to this shop. I guess you could call this an update to my last review. Little over 3 months later. So today.. I had another issue that popped up unexpectedly. But, Brandon got me in right away to look at the vehicle. He was able to diagnose it in about 10 minutes. So after that. I assumed like most shops. He would say bring it back tomorrow or later in the week. But nope, he had the parts in his shop about 20 minutes later. And an hour later it was done! If you're looking for quality Auto repair in Red Wing Minnesota. That will not cost you an arm and a leg go see Brandon.”

“My experience with this location is dry much hit or miss. On one occasion, I went in to buy some muffins and the manager who helped me couldn't have been more personable and professional. On another occasion, and this is most often the case, I have to wait to be seated, even when they're not busy. Then, getting your food takes longer than expected and I suspect it's due to staffing shortages. The food is always good and the only drawback is the wait so plan accordingly.”

“I was crazy. My husband had just had surgery that got to be more than expected. I was out of town with him, needed a car that night. My battery was dead, the hood was frozen. They went to the house, found the keys, got it started and determined it needed a new battery. They had it all done after two trips to the house and all before 5 so I made our niece’s event. Plus they were so pleasant! It was a fabulous experience!!!”

This is great for children to see different heritage that emigrated in Goodhue County. It was interesting to learn about the number of school districts way back then.
