Yes, they are more expensive on a lot of things. They're not the right place to go for everything, but their service is simply unmatched. If you're in a hurry or you're getting name brand power equipment (that's exactly the same price at Home Depot), it's worth coming here.

This is the best hardware store ever..All of the team members are very helpful and Andy the General Manager is so knowledgeable and helpful. We are blessed to have in Bloomington community.

Greeted the moment I entered the store by friendly associates. They helped me locate the snow blower I was looking for right away and even asked if I wanted to wait for them to assemble it. I skipped out on the assembly as I can do it and enjoy putting tools together anyways. Checking out was a breeze and my cashier was nice, we discussed some fun stuff as she ranged out my new toys!

Fantastic service and great selection. When you walk in the door you are immediately greeted and asked what you're looking for by a staff that seems to have every square inch of the place and every product in it memorized. Very friendly, always helpful, this is a terrific neighborhood hardware store.
