Genesee Apartments and Townhomes

We’ve experienced the best customer service at Genesee than any apartment we’ve lived at. Every single staff member (office, maintenance, cleaning) is polite, friendly, motivated, genuine, and has a good work ethic. The interior of the building is always clean and quiet. The exterior landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The residents are mature and pleasant. It’s just a really professional, well-run operation from top to bottom. We’ve lived in a variety of apartments, so we have other buildings to compare it to and know the good stuff when we see it!

Genesee Apartments is one of a kind. I had the pleasure of living there for two years and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff is FANTASTIC, especially Whitney and Tyler. They are always there to help, answer questions, and always incredibly timely with everything they do. The best customer service to match. The maintence team could not be better either- the entire grounds of Genesee are always impeccably clean and if you have an issue in your apartment they are right there to help you with a smiling face. If you’re looking for a new apartment- Genesee is the one!!

I really enjoyed my year living at Genesee Apartments and as a woman living on my own I always felt very safe. The underground parking was very convenient and easy to park in. One of the best parts was living across the parking lot from a grocery store and a 5 min drive from Target, Caribou, and Starbucks. The management was very nice and helpful and the maintenance workers were always available when needed! Overall it was a great place to live!

Best place I have ever lived in my apartment and renting experience - which is vast! I lived in all 3 buildings at Genesee and all were wonderful. The management team is awesome and always happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have - and in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is also great at what they do! The grounds are immaculate and the amenities are top notch. The underground heated parking is a must in the MN weather as well. Highly recommend!
