  Best place to shop. Worth signing up for the store card. Very wide selection. They have luxury brands here too. If this store has it, buy it from here. They will price match. Awesome and reasonable return policy as long as you are reasonable. Excellent customer service.

  Besides the clerks that are called from other departments to help a customer in a department that they don’t know about, I would give this store a 3-4 stars. But the Manager Molly, didn’t get her last name, went above and beyond to help me find what we had called for the day before. I really appreciate her patience and her professionalism. Molly if you read this, thank you again! You’re the best. 5 stars for Molly.

  What is not to love about this store? They have excellent selections for all price ranges, they have convenient pick up for online orders, and easy returns.
  
  Either the employees absolutely LOVE their jobs or Nordstrom's has the best customer service training EVER, or both! I have been shopping here since the mall opened, and I've NEVER had a bad experience with any employee, EVER! Everyone here is treated respectfully. I've witnessed this first hand.
  
  I've also purchased a few items and had an employee offer to carry my bags to my car. Seriously, who does that anymore? I love it! And, more importantly, I appreciate the offer.
  
  Keep up the good work. I'll always be a fan!
