United Christian Academy

We moved to the suburbs for our kids to have a better education. Last year and part of the year before was basically closed or limited to actual education. Here they thrived and had more one on one. Both of my kid's loved their teachers. The families of this school have been truly great to our family.

This is a fantastic school and I highly recommend it. We have sent all of our children for the past several years since it was formed from three separate Christian schools, which were Bethany Academy, Life Academy, and Christian Life Academy.

When COVID hit in early 2020, the staff did an excellent job accommodating all of the students and worked hard to keep them engaged. When the 2020-2021 school year started, UCA made the decision to do in-person education, which was incredibly helpful for the social development of our children and, in all honesty, our collective sanity with the alternative being cooped up even more. There were occasional 2-week quarantines for individual classes, but no significant outbreaks.

Excited for the upcoming school year; when your kids tell you that they miss school and eagerly ask when it’s starting, you know that something special is definitely going on with this school. :)

Our daughter has been attending Bethany Academy for over six years. We love this school. We truly appreciate how much the teachers and Principal and Head of School care about our daughter. She is thriving in this environment. In addition to the curriculum, she is learning what it means become a leader which will serve her well the rest of her life. And the Christ centered focus reinforces the morals and values we, as parents, are teaching her at home. I highly recommend Bethany Academy to all parents looking for an education for their children that is more than just an education.

I just had my last child graduate from Bethany Academy. We have had children ( 4 of them) at Bethany Academy for 22 years. Over all those years we have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the school. The teachers personally know and care about my child as did the head administrator and the principle. Bethany Academy invests in the student body through program development, scholarships, teacher and staff training and facility improvement. We have build a permanent structure, have been accredited, added AP classes, increased our scholarship funds in addition to countless improvements over the past 22 years.

The thing that has never changed about Bethany Academy is their dedication to the Christian development of my child. It has been worth every penny we have invested because their souls were fed and they grew in their faith....all things that are eternal.
My children have had countless leadership opportunities and have made life-long friends. Bethany Academy is a place to feel at home, receive an excellent education and grow physically, spiritually, socially and intellectually from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Bethany Academy is a BLESSING! This a school with teachers and administration who LIVE their faith, not just talk about it. Our children have been challenged to work harder than ever. Bethany staff encourages students to think independently, grow spiritually, and stand up for what they believe, not bow to popular opinion.
We've been impressed by the level of academic expectation by the teachers - they not only expect the students to perform well, they make sure the students understand and help them achieve their goals. This shows in the GPA's and scholarships awarded to the graduating class.
Parent involvement is another thing that makes Bethany so great. Parents aren't afraid to step up and help with any/all activities. This shows that Bethany families believe that strong families make strong kids.
The greatest thing I can say about Bethany Academy is that Jesus Christ is the center of this school! Bethany has far exceeded our expectations. Check it out...you'll love it too!
