That person was also very helpful. She answered my question very thoroughly! I was happy to discover that the city has such fine employees working there.

I appreciate their kindness and willingness to throughly and explain things. Life is just so much more pleasant when you are a pleasant person, the kind folks working for the City of Bloomington have that little tidbit all figured out!
