(February 5, 2022, 11:29 pm)My guinea pig took a turn for the worse over night and I was referred to this pet hospital because they could care for him d/t him being a unique animal. They were able to get me in that day and when I called to tell them he was getting worse by the hour they were able to get me in immediately. Every single person there were compassionate, kind, caring, and really took there time to help us. Sadly our guinea passed but they were able to make our decision less traumatic, gave my children pamphlets on grief, and also made out little print keepsakes. I will be taking the rest of our pets here from now taking the commute from Eden Prairie because they are really that special of a place and will forever hold a place in our hearts.
