(July 8, 2021, 5:58 pm)I went to City Hall to talk about my water bill. I was greeted by a very friendly employee in the Finance Department. She quickly found the person I needed to talk to. That person was also very helpful. She answered my question very thoroughly! I was happy to discover that the city has such fine employees working there.

(March 17, 2020, 8:29 am)I deal with commercial permits through Bloomington City Hall every few months and their staff puts them in the top 5 BEST cities to work with! I appreciate their kindness and willingness to throughly and explain things. Life is just so much more pleasant when you are a pleasant person, the kind folks working for the City of Bloomington have that little tidbit all figured out!
