Melrose Gates Apartments

I really enjoyed my stay here.! Maintenance issues are resolved really quickly. The staff is always friendly and the amenities are very clean. Overall would definitely recommend this apartment.

Melrose Gates Apartments is a dream home, a place of comfort, filled with excitement, lovable and respectful staffs. A welcoming and safe apartments located in a safe neighborhood. A home away from home if you just relocated to Minneapolis Minnesota and you love a safe, clean and smoke free apartments truly, Melrose Gates is the place to stay.

The apartments are cute and cozy, both ladies at the office are wonderful and super helpful and they make the effort to hear any concerns and to help anyway the can which I absolutely Love! Thank you ladies keep up the great work they deserve a RAISEEEEE!

All staff and maintenance personnel are exemplary. Bailey H has been very responsive and respectful. I also love the new BBQ area with grill Picnic table and trash container. What a wonderful amenity for residents.

Melrose gates is a fantastic place to live. From my first visit, Bailey Was fantastic. On our way to see a model unit, she knew pretty much every resident we walked past by name! Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The units are nice and well maintained. I never get noise bleeding in from other units and the outdoor areas are very well maintained! Great place to live!
