Eugene H. Hagel Arboretum

A great patch of nature in the middle of the suburbs! On the edge of Crystal Airport, it has walking trails, wood walkways over swampy areas. You'll see wildlife, including an occasional deer. Bring your kids, and your dog for a nice nature walk.

Excellent place to get out and walk in nature. Sometimes you’ll even find turkeys here! Always tons of bunnies and squirrels, of course.

Very sheltered from wind, which is nice on cold days but even with all the shade can get pretty sweltering on hot summer days.

Taking an evening or even late night stroll through this nature area is relaxing and peaceful. I do it quite often either alone or with my children and dog.

We love close and walk there every week. Lots of wild life
