(January 13, 2018, 11:31 am)The trainers here are some of the best people I’ve met, and know a great deal about their craft. You can tell they truly love what they do. I would highly recommend training here for anyone who likes group classes or open gyms to do independent weight training.

Alces has the most supportive coaching staff and athletes! The environment is great for whatever level of training you desire. I highly recommend you check it out.

I have added 15-20 lbs of muscle mass, shed some extra weight, but more importantly I have gained a good fund of knowledge about how to properly move my body to avoid injury! On top of all of this, I have met a great community of people spanning several decades of life, some of whom have become very close friends! Thank you CF Alces!
