  I love Woodacres. Ms. Carlene Chinici (the property manager) is seriously one of the MOST helpful, caring & sweet landlords I've ever met in my whole life. She really went above & beyond for my family & I MULTIPLE times. She really cares about her tenants & always goes out of her way to do her best to help them anyway she can. Another employee from Woodacres who really stands out to me is Ms. Holly Izzi (from the leasing office) she really is just BEYOND helpful, friendly & has also gone way above & beyond to help Me & my neighbors as well. Both of these ladies are just so sweet & professional. They make living in Woodacres a breeze & an overall awesome experience. The maintenance team is also great as well. Any issues I've had in my apartment have been taken care of immediately as in the same day I reported it or atleast within 24 hours at the most. I've personally never had any major issues in my place. Woodacres apartments are good quality, clean & newly renovated. Everyone who works here though is just very personable and really make you feel like you're family. If you want to rent from a place that is helpful, friendly & going to care about you then I suggest you seriously give this place a try.

  It’s neatly located in a calm neighborhood, strategically placed on the Pennsylvania-Delaware boarder. Twenty five mins away from the Philadelphia airport. I’m able to zoom in out of the tri-state from West Chester Pa to Middleton De in no time. The concord mall is right up the road including many stores within a reasonable distance. It’s Delaware without being too Delaware. The staff is polite and easy to talk to. Keep in mind it’s a Morgan property that has many communities throughout the US. So it’s not an issue to relocate or move elsewhere under their umbrella. Neighbors mind their business giving cordial hellos in passing. You can keep to yourself if you like. The neighborhood is renter friendly. Although this community lacks a pool or balconies the units are spacious as the common areas are always kept clean. For the most part I’m satisfied residing here for the past few years.

  I just love this salon! Relaxing atmosphere, Aveda products, fantastic cut and colors. Their covid protocols are top notch and I feel safe here.

  I recently moved to MN and visited Kai salon. The salon took all the necessary Covid precautions: they texted me when it was time to enter the salon, my stylist Claudia and the receptionist met me outside, my temperature was taken, we all wore masks, plastic separations were between wash bowls. Wonderful service and a great haircut!
