This is my third time around for a DOT physical from CHC. Dr. Wagner, the owner of this clinic, is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. I use this clinic because 1) I schedule my visit on the phone in less than a couple minutes without getting placed on hold. 2) I never wait more than a couple minutes to get started once I arrive. 3) At no additional cost, the clinic certified my DOT physical with the State of Minnesota and then notified me when it was accepted by the State of Minnesota. 4) I usually have a few health related questions which are always answered with precise detail. I highly recommend Dr. Wagner to anyone who has a CDL.

Dr. Wagner is cool and laid back. She makes the D.O.T physical process a breeze. She submits all the certification paperwork to the DMV so you have to do NOTHING! I Won't go anywhere else!
