Darren has helped me get stronger than I have been in a long time, and the online workouts are easy to follow and will get you moving! 10/10 would recommend 1Solidcore to anyone looking to improve their health and work towards their fitness goals!

I started working out with Darren to try and live a healthier lifestyle. I have always had an interest in eating better and getting active, but I had no idea where to start. The fear of not knowing what to do has always held me back from starting on this journey to a better me. However Darren made it very easy for me. He came up with a meal plan for me, and is always just a text or call away when I question anything. I walk out of his workouts feeling more accomplished than I have ever felt before with any other workout, and I’ve dropped 15lbs in my first month and a half on his program. I can see in the mirror a difference in my appearance and I feel better than I have ever felt in my life!

Darren’s work outs are amazing! In such a short time my body has become more defined and shaped. These work outs have been a great jump start to strengthen my stubborn spots where I need the most tighten on my body. I have had WLS almost 2 years ago and with his program has helped my goal to lose 150lbs. I love my daily modivational texts to keep you going and works with your individual meal plan. Even with mine being tricky with my surgery. He response right back to you when you need help or any questions. The recipes he post are delicious and he makes everything fun.
