Cavalry Carpet & Furniture Cleaners

After living in our house with a long-haired cat for four years, we finally decided to get our carpet cleaned. We are SO glad we chose Cavalry! Jim did an AMAZING job! Our carpet is old, but now looks new! My husband and I are in awe of how great it looks and smells. We highly recommend Cavalry!!

We have used Cavalry Carpet & Furniture Cleaners twice now to clean couches and arm chairs for stains and pet odors. Both times they were very prompt in arriving, completed the service quickly, and did an excellent job! We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Jim, the owner, and Scott came and did a site visit for a weird spot stain. I had some bug spray leak in a cheap duffel bag and the bug spray ate through some black synthetic rubber or vinyl that was part of the duffel bag. It created these weird gelatinous black blobs that got on the wool carpet in one of our closets. Jim said he would come and take a look and evaluate whether there was anything to do. Since it was such a small spot, he said he would lower his minimum fee. He also said if when he saw it, he could tell there was nothing to do, then he wouldn’t charge me to come look at it. When Jim and Scott arrived, they were pleasant and got right to work, looked at the spot and said it was worth a try and if they didn’t get it out, then I would not have to pay. They worked on the spot, made it much better, but ultimately it had been on the carpet too long (the stain was probably a week old before I noticed it when I moved the duffel bag, and some of the dye from the synthetic material that had disintegrated and was already, as they say, dyed in the wool). So, even though they made the spot better, and even though they spent a good amount of time trying to get the spot out, Jim stuck to what he had said when he arrived and didn’t charge me for the visit. I definitely recommend Cavalry Carpet to anyone looking for some honest, knowledgeable, flexible professionals that truly seem to want to help their clients.

Carpets looked brand new! They did an amazing job. Will definitely use them again, strongly recommend anyone needing their flooring cleaned to call cavalry!
