I arrived a bit earlier than my husband and instead of having me wait in the lobby, she invited me into her office for friendly banter. She then was able to get me set up with a checking account to save an additional 1/4 point off the loan (person we had worked with not at this branch did not inform of this savings option). VERY personable, knowledgeable and caring individual. Would recommend Eden Prairie Alerus to my friends and family.
