The entire staff from Mikk, Mike, David, Bryce and Kevin, and everyone else that I came into contact with were nothing less that stellar. I had a not so good experience at another dealer and these guys immediately jumped in and assisted from start to finish, treated me like family and for that will always have my business for life.

I bought a Harley jacket on line. It didn't fit the way I wanted. So when I went to Wild Prairie Harley Davidson, I asked Nina if she could help me with returning the jacket. She very kindly and immediately took over and mailed the jacket back to Harley for me. When I didn't receive my refund. Nina again went into action and contacted Harley Davidson and got ahold of the people that were in charge of returns. Nina contacted me the day after I told her about the issue I was having and she assured me that my refund was on its way. I feel very confident that my refund will be on its way soon. And if not. I KNOW that I can trust Nina to make sure that it is.

I’ve taken my bikes to Wild Prairie for service a few years now. I currently have two bikes there for winter storage. While doing a 10k service they noticed a possible clearance issue from aftermarket parts that I installed myself. Denny in service invited me in to show me the issues in person. After going over a few different ideas we decided they could alter the parts, repaint them and reinstall them. It’s the extra care like this that makes me continue to return there. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it.
