Fight or Flight Academy

Amazing atmosphere and super fun. I think that my experience so far has been pretty amazing this stuff can get addicting fast.

I had a blast!! I didn't expect to do really well on my first day but I just wanna thank Jonathan Charpentier for teaching/training me. Fight or Flight Academy is definitely worth it. ??

I'm so glad I found Fight or Flight Academy. I see it as a great way to get exercise in a way that is fun and engaging, while also having the possibility (if you want to) to dive in and really grow as a Parkour athlete. It takes me back to a time when I was younger and all about running, jumping, climbing on things, etc. It's super fun! Also, the energy is great, from the coaches to the community.

Amazing community, fun and accessible for all ages, levels of ability (I'm at level 0! ? ) and many styles and traditions of movement. The equipment/ environment is something I don't think you can find anywhere else. Very kind, knowledgeable and perceptive teachers and peers! ?

If you'd like to relive your passion, if you'd strive to better yourself in every way possible. Mentally physically, spiritually then I highly recommend Fight or Flight academy. They have specialized training that is tailored to you and is top of the line, you'll definitely have loads of fun. It's no ordinary gym, it's a family that's there to help you. They have helped me reignite my passion as an athlete and performer. I'm very happy I've found this place
