  I have worked with Mary and Dan for 4 months as my Real Estate Agents and have nothing but positive things to say. There is no doubt in my mind that Team Tillman would be an excellent contact for any Buyer or Seller seeking a new home.
  
  Because it was 46 years since I purchased a new home, I thought it would be emotional and sometimes stressful –this was not the case-I truly felt comfortable working with the Tillman’s.
  
  I have become to know Mary and Dan to be of sound character, flexible, honest, patient and having a great sense of resourcefulness for their clients. Over the course of 4 months, I have witnessed tremendous attributes in Team Tillman’s transparency (never over-promised or under-delivered); passion (they loved what they do for their customers); honesty and integrity (honestly and objectively provided me with as much information as possible in order for me to make a decision); knowledge and expertise (knows the market really well); Attention to detail (a strong understanding of contracts, and being detail-oriented); Communication skills (someone you feel comfortable asking any and all questions to--and someone who will thoroughly explain what you need to know even when you don’t know you need to know it yet-- plus someone with a sense of humor and who provided emotional support are some wonderful extras I had with my home search); Negotiation skills (they were willing to (diplomatically) push for better terms or to make requests on my behalf even if the answer is likely to be "No". Most importantly, I felt that I was being heard and understood without judgment); Compassion (they put my best interests first); and Experience (they truly understood, not only the weight of the transaction but also the skills necessary to keep me protected).
  
  I am certain these cultivated skills would make any home-buying or selling experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. It is no secret how pleased I was with this most important step in my property purchase. I just had to share this pleasant experience --and hope some way “my best kept secret” would resonate with other buyers and sellers.

  We recently had the opportunity to work with Team Tillman Realtors. At the beginning, they took the time to explain what to expect during the entire selling process. Next, they did a thorough job of working up comparable homes in our market, which allowed us to come up with a realistic listing price.
  
  Team Tillman was there to walk through the house and give advise on what areas would need attention before listing. This was especially helpful as we were selling an older home and needed guidance on where to spend time and money in preparation for the sale. Their network of business professionals was top notch. They helped us with some of the items that were beyond our capabilities.
  
  Our buyer was secured as a result from the effort the team put into the open house. They were there to answer multiple questions and reflected a positive professional image. Finally, we were impressed with how easy it was to communicate with the team throughout our entire process. By phone, email, or providing the necessary documents to sign, they made the process stress free. We highly recommend using their expertise if you are considering selling your home.

  Team Tillman is like a well oiled machine. in a short amount of time we had professional pictures, market survey, comps in the area and a great presentation on the Caldwell Banker Realty site. We sold the house in 2 weeks and had complete trust in them to guide us through the negotiation and closing process. Mary and Dan were always available to answer questions, concerns and have a good laugh. We're currently renting and when we decide where we want to be, they'll be our first and only choice.

  We had a great experience with Team Tillman! We worked with Chad but were so pleased to know that Mary and Dan were available to help us, too. If Chad was unavailable to show us a home, Mary or Dan were there to look at it with us. All three are very experienced and knowledgeable about the real estate market. They're a great team!
  
  Chad is a very professional, honest, and reliable realtor. He has a great work ethic and his love of the job comes through in all he does for his clients.
  
  We purchased our first house and, while the process should have been stressful (we put in 5 offers before one was accepted!), it wasn't. Thanks to Chad we had no problems. It was smooth and stress-free. We were able to reach him any time of the day with questions or to arrange a showing, and he answered right away. When we went to look at houses, Chad gave his honest opinion about them and gave good advice about what details to look closely at - windows, floors, vents, etc. Yet, he never put pressure on us, and he was always patient and kind no matter how many houses we saw.
  
  If we buy another house or sell the current one in the future, we will definitely work with Chad again. By the end of the process, we not only had a great realtor but a good friend at the same time.

  I used Team Tillman to sell a home and purchase a new one. They had great ideas on small things I could do to make my home more appealing to buyers and did a thorough job walking me through the process. I don't think I would have gotten such a great offer without their help! They made buying a home a fun experience, even with a crazy market. We were able to find a house that far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend anyone with real estate needs uses Team Tillman!
