I have no complaints about this guy. My brother managed to lock his keys inside his running vehicle, on a block that was heavily trafficked by foot and vehicles for the Twin Cities Pride Festival.
He showed up within the time frame he originally estimated (I believe it was less than an hour). I honestly half expected him to keep driving and cancel when he got to our location, or charge us some sort of surcharge. He was done and gone within 10 minutes, and that's including unlocking the vehicle and running my credit card.
His rates, while I wished I wasn't paying them, were reasonable considering the festival and the weekend and compared to the 3 other companies we called for quotes.
All in all, 5 star exchange!

He was very fast and to arrive and gave me a great price.
I'll call again when I'll need locksmith service.

This man is wonderful!!! I was back on the road within an hour of the initial phone call! He was so kind and reassuring. I can't give enough stars! I called the dealership first and they said it would cost $250! Mr. Locksmith charged me SUBSTANTIALLY LESS and came to me!!! I hope I never see him again, but he'll be the first person I'll call if I ever EVER need a locksmith.
