I was floored to read the above review. I have been seeing Lois for over 20 years. As a nurse I suffered a career ending shoulder injury. The reccomendation from two MDs, was shoulder surgery. I researched and talked to a lot of people whom had chosen shoulder surgery. None of them thought it helped much and a few felt not better but different was the term I had heard most often. Lois and I worked for about 18 months on rehab and my should and I am nearly pain free with a full range of motion. She treated my sciatica when I was pregant and it went away for good after two treatments. I have been there for migraines and even a tune up.

Myotherapy isn't a relaxing massage. The next day you feel a little worked over. I compare it to having a sliver removed. Like all physical therapy you have to do the stretches and therapies to support the work you are doing. I think Lois is really a gifted person with her body work and an excellent practioner.
