She helped make recieving my package so less stressful than the FedEx Customer Service Associate made me feel. She also cleared confusion about the lies that the CS person claimed. She recieves 5 stars in my book.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I won't go into too much detail about my package due to sensitive info. But experiences like the one I had with customer service is why I would rather speak with someone at the actual shipping center. Unfortunately, FedEx makes that very difficult to do. And once you are able to finally speak with someone, they are rude, give short answers, and do their best not to answer questions clearly or offer any kind of real help.
FedEx Customer Service only gets one star.
