Jason Danielson American Family Insurance

I had been with American Family for just around 20 years, when I made the mistake of switching insurance companies. Having regretted my decision from day one, I requested a quote from American Family and was referred to the Jason Danielson office.

To date, I have had the pleasure of working with both Lynn and Jason, both of whom reminded me of why I loved American Family to begin with. Lynn was incredibly helpful in making the switch seamless and easy. After a brief phone conversation, she provided me with a few quotes and options to cover both my auto and property needs. She provided me with the necessary information to make an informed decision about what was best for me and my household. Jason further assisted by providing me with my billing and account information, prior to my first billing cycle, to get my autopay set up for the additional discount.

I have been with the Jason Danielson office for about one month now, and I already feel a lot more comfortable with my coverage. When you are able to call in and speak directly to a person, instead of going through numerous prompts to sit on hold, you know they care and will have your back. While we all hope to not have any incidents or accidents, based upon my interactions with this office to date, I feel confident any claims will be handled in a prompt and professional manner.

We've been using American Family Insurance for many years when we lived out state. When we moved to MN earlier this year, we first consider continue with AMFAM which turns out to be a good decision. It is hassle free and makes our transition much smoother. Recently we had a need to add our son to the existing auto policy because of his job change, it was done with a single phone call and the rate is reasonable.

Best agent ever! I have been with American Family for 25 years. NEVER have I had an agent that took the time to explain so much to me regarding my policy. He greeted me with enthusiasm and made me feel comfortable immediately. He spent time with me, not just pointing to a computer screen, but with a whiteboard...writing down aspects of my policy and explaining each step! I would highly recommend Jason to friends and family! (BTW, I was thinking of switching companies because previous agents were not offering me what I thought they should regarding information.)
