From the beginning of this project to the end, the team at Floors of Distinction were awesome. The designer Billie was so helpful and knowledgeable about the best product to use. I have used Floors of Distinction before and already knew the quality of the craftsmanship of their Installer and once again he delivered an absolute perfect installation of the Kahrs wood floor system having to undercut wood paneling and a brick fireplace. His work is flawless! I have dealt with many good craftsmen in the past but Richard stands at the top of the line. His attention to detail makes for a perfect job. Thanks again for the wonderful work from Floors of Distinction! If you are looking for great products, design and craftsmanship look no further! You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great experience! We bought some beautiful natural maple hardwood flooring that exceeded our expectations! Worked with Colleen who was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection and we did not feel pressured or hurried to make a decision.

We bought our house 2 years ago which was built and stuck in 1991. We knew that flooring would be a priority project. There were many pieces to the puzzle including carpeting, hardwood floors, luxury vinyl tile and custom stair work. We were referred to Floors of Distinction by a co-worker. We worked with the owner Bruce as well as Billie and Logan. Along with a great selection of samples and creative design ideas, our entire project went very smoothly. Working with one store for our entire project from start to finish was great and incredibly convenient. No chasing around trying to coordinate products and installation. Speaking of installation, all of the installers were great! Very professional and made helpful suggestions along the way. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out.

From the color and design selection support to the well timed and executed installation, Floors of Distinction was a great experience. We would recommend Floors of Distinction to all of our family and friends. We will absolutely work with Christina and her team for our next project!
