Great team and great instructors here, friendly clientele, has all the equipment I used at a much more expensive gym previously. Plenty of free weights here, dumbbells that go up to 100lb, would recommend to anyone in the area, close knit and fun, welcoming crew here.

We have been seeing how quickly our 5 star review is going down. We LOVE the gym owner, trainer and manager, they are all awesome. Helping our goal by burning calories keeps us alive. We are really confused as to why we are seeing bad reviews. I think that person or group does not even exist as a client or they have a connection with one of the members otherwise how the heck we are getting degraded mail about sara jean and Al. This has nothing to do with the gym. Please keep your personal grubby out of the gym. I hope Sara and AL can figure out who's doing that. We just don't want to make our gym look bad .Whatever was going on between them all knew about it but none of our business this personal matter. My impact is one of the best workout places in the local area.

Great gym in maple grove! Love the friendly atmosphere and the staff is great! I’ve lost over 30lbs in my time here so far and I will continue to lose more with the help of these great trainers. Also, this place is always positive and welcoming!

Amazing Gym! The workouts are great, friendly staff and other members! Id like to applaud the management and owner for actually hearing their members by clearing and taking out all of the people who were trying to be rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The gym now has a real family feel, thank you for caring about us! Highly recommend!
