“TRUST THE PROCESS!!! Went in to see Dr. Brent at Total Spine seeking some immediate relief for my long standing neck pain I have been struggling with for almost two decades, but what he offered instead was a long term solution to the chronic headaches and trouble sleeping that I had pretty much accepted as part of life. My first visit consisted of taking some x-rays and a conversation about what kind of pain I was seeking relief from. Dr. Brent took a day to study my x-rays and come up with a game plan. The very next day I was back and had my first adjustment. It always feels good to be adjusted, but after going regularly for a couple of weeks the relief started to become more permanent. I can sleep through the night and my headaches have all but disappeared. They were flexible with scheduling and found times to see me that worked with my schedule, making my time feel valuable to them. I’ve been to two other chiropractors before this and neither experience were anything close to what Dr. Brent and his team are offering at Total Spine. “Large club with lots of rooms for meetings and small groups. Older building. Good size parking lot and full kitchen for gatherings. Many different 12 Step groups use this club for meetings. Not fancy and sometimes the temp is too cold or too hot but it is an accommodating place to hold recovery meetings. Club fees are fair compared to community centers.”
