“We have been trying to get our child in for 4 months, but we cannot ever seem to get a response from their intake coordinator no matter what we do. We will go weeks from leaving a message with no response, only to leave another message and then get a response that they are looking at availability. But it ends there. There really is no point in trying this place because you will not be contacted, and you're better off going elsewhere. If you are looking for counseling, this may be a good place, but good luck getting in. ***UPDATE TO REVIEW*** I was contacted by the owner of Parasol and she was fantastic in getting us set up with a therapist. We were matched with a wonderful therapist and are incredibly happy. Despite my initial review, I have been impressed by the way Parasol has made an effort to remedy the situation. While I am not at the "intake stage" anymore, and I'm not sure how the actual initial setup is being done, I can without a doubt say that Parasol cares, and I would have no hesitation referring anyone use them.”
