Derek, owner of Star Motors, had serviced my 2003 325i. He repaired the power steering. He was honest about what needed to be repaired and took the time to explain the issues. He is reasonably priced and does honest work. I'm the type of person that repairs my own vehicles, but had to finally throw in the towel after consecutive fails. I would definitely go back to Star Motors.

The Ford dealerships mechanics told me I needed new wheel bearings. And could not repair my air conditioner after 3 attempts! Derick diagnosed the issue and had it fixed that same day! And in addition figured out that I didn’t need new wheel bearings, the catalytic converter was where the noise was coming from. He saved me a few thousand dollars, and repaired things the first time he tried! I’ll never go any where else for repairs! And I’ll never go to the Ford dealership again for anything! I and my family hVe been going to Derek’s shop for 8+ Years. His prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing. If there is an emergency he will make time to look at it. His secretary is funny and kind. She always has stories to share.
