Great place to learn Tai Chi. Very easy going learning environment. Absolutely no stress in performance expectations, you learn at your own rate. Very reasonable cost in my opinion. Colin Snow does a great job of running the school and is an excellent instructor/teacher. I will begin my third year of learning at Natural Step next year and I can’t believe the time has gone so fast. I always seem to learn something new in every class.

I love the authenticity of the instruction at Natural Step Tai Chi. Classes are taught with careful precision, yet accommodating a variety of individual needs. "Playing" Tai Chi has brought me a sense of calm steadiness, while also helping balance and posture. I highly recommend Natural Step for anyone who wants small group instruction in this great discipline.
This is the best time of my week. I feel energized, relaxed, and at peace. My body is getting stronger and my balance is better. My range of motion has greatly improved. Colin is a wonderful, patient teacher and the atmosphere of the studio is one of peace and calm.
I'm a newbie at Tai Chi and was worried that I wouldn't be coordinated enough to do it. I needn't have worried. Colin and the occasional other teachers are all excellent and go over the movements many times to make sure you have it. I love playing Tai Chi!
I have also gone to receive Vortex Healing from Colin and the results have been encouraging. After the second session, I felt a great relief in my lungs which had been bothering me. I don't know how it works, but it does!
The teachers advise you to play only to your "soft limits," which means don't force it. It really IS play--with benefits: peace, tranquility, easing of tension and whole body healing. I highly recommend it.
I have been attending classes at Natural Step Tai Chi for the past 3 months, starting with Foundation Form and now taking the Short Form classes. I have to say that these classes are my favorite part of my whole week! The Center is a calming and peaceful place, a wonderful oasis in the city. Colin is a wonderful teacher, doesn't put on any pressure and is very patient with the class. The classes are small and intimate and my classmates are a joy to spend time with. With Tai Chi, I am learning a practice that helps me reduce the stress of my daily life and makes me feel better overall.
Thank you Colin and your senior teachers for everything!
