I get my bundles from her all the time which honestly is only once a year only because I get new bundles and a longer length for my birthday and they never disappoint... I’ve dyed the bundles and had no problem as well as made a wig from the bundles and dyed that... I love her hair and I had no problem with tangling, shedding or matting up in the back like where your hair sits on your neck, as well and the ends being nice and full instead of thin... I also order my bundles online and am able to pick them up in the store which is convenient for me. I have nothing negative to say about Charismas hair I absolutely love it
