    For me, this apartment has everything I need. Close to campus, view of the skyline, near transit and highways.

    Apartments are affordable and have a balcony. All studio apartments, best for one person. There is a pool and workout room. It is an older building, personally I like the style better, but it isn't for everyone. Baseboard heaters, window-style A/C unit, coin laundry on every floor, no dishwasher or disposal. Underground parking is very nice, but street parking is cheap and available too. Apartments like this are fast becoming an endangered species, if you're looking for a luxury condo with all the bells and whistles, please look elsewhere, and leave the few apartments like this those of us who can't afford $2K/month for rent.

    If you don't like city living it might not be for you. there are at least 5,000 apartments in the West Bank area, so there is going to be litter around, (property itself is clean), noise, and basic city living issues. I never felt unsafe in the area, even walking home alone at night.

    If you want a quieter apartment, you probably don't want one facing the highway. The noise off 35W is the worst thing about this apartment, but that isn't the fault of the property. The apartment building itself is very quiet: I can barely hear my neighbor's smoke alarm go off, that and the occasional slammed door is the only non-highway noise I've ever heard.

    For me, this apartment has everything I need. Close to campus, view of the skyline, near transit and highways.

    I've had few interactions with management and maintenance, all the ones I had were pleasant. Overall they leave the tenants alone, if there are cameras around the property, I haven't seen them. I'd hope someone would report any 'pinhole cameras' spying on residents in their apartments to authorities, sheesh. Online bill pay is convenient. Cat-friendly, wouldn't recommend for a large dog. As it is in the city there aren't a lot of green spaces near by to walk your dog.

    Overall, a good value, would recommend for students especially. Pictured: my cats in the apartment.

    I’ve lived at their 5600 Nicollet location for over a year and half and I’ve enjoyed living here with absolutely no problems. The neighbors are really friendly and quiet. Decent price for the area, very well kept, maintenance responds quickly, and Blaire (who works for the company) is really helpful and responds in a timely manner. I really recommend renting with them.

    Great property management. Online auto bill pay is nice. Nice location and reasonable rent. Always prompt to maintenance. 3 years renting and couldn’t be happier.
