We members at Any Time Fitness Elgin, Texas are overall delighted. For us Brian is a fairly new manager since we've been through a few. We're so glad to have a manager we can count on. He's here on a dependable schedule, takes calls, returns the ones he misses and also replies promptly and dependably to emails. On location, he is eager to help any and all and makes everyone welcome. We think of him as more than staff: he is a neighbor, a mentor and a friend.

Another great thing about Anytime Fitness Elgin, is Roseanne. She does a great job straightening, cleaning up and maintaining supplies. We have absolutely no complaints about either the manager or housekeeping. Most of us have been to more than one gym in our lives, and we know how good we can have it here.

Super friendly staff, no nonsense or pressure, LOTS of space and plenty of equipment and HALF the price of HT Fitness!

I had joined HT Fitness previously and ended up walking away from them because of terrible customer service and staggering arrogance on the part of one of their managers and some of their staff. I found this place when I booked a dental implant for my dad in the same plaza. After walking away from HT Fitness I checked this place out. When I walked in and asked for the price for three months the guy started to give me "the sales pitch" and unlike HT, when I said, "I'm sorry, fellah, but I'm 52, I know what I need, please just tell me the price," he replied, "Of course Sir!" and did so. I left my license and credit card on his desk, walked out and started working out. When I finished I stopped by the office, signed their release, picked up my cards and key fob and that was that! SO EASY!!

I've since been just about every day except for this week due to family medical emergency and I love it. It's MUCH bigger than it looks from outside and has a broad array of gear. I'd give it 5 stars but in all honesty there are a few things that could be improved, such as missing barbells being added to the racks and a more predictable staff presence in the building. (You should call ahead if you're going to sign up.)

That said, the staff are super friendly and not at all arrogant, signing up is a breeze and the VALUE is outstanding. I understand that the place was recently bought by new owners, so I'll review it again in six months with an update. Highly recommend! :-)
